Christmas

Christmas was fun and low-key this year. It was just Toni, Shane, Mom, and me. :) I got a lot of fantastic things, and everyone liked the presents I gave them. Snuffles is a bit better, but the hole where the feeding tube was just will not heal. We've tried stitches, neosporin, and now we are trying honey without stitches since they won't stay in him anyway. It's been tough, but he is acting like himself, so it's not as bad as it could be.

Nufflebutt

My poor cat was attacked by our dog. So now he has a temporary feeding tube and has to be on painkillers that make him sleep almost constantly. It was the single most terrifying night of my life. There was blood everywhere, and no vet would answer the phone. We need better emergency pet services in town.
